Waiver

Daphnee Weaver (hereinafter referred to as Queen Bee’s) takes great care and safety precautions with the preparation of food products, and non-food items supplied for purpose of creating the tea party experience supplied under this agreement.

 

Unless agreed to in writing, there is no guarantee that the items prepared will be free of ingredients that may result in food allergies such as nuts and grains.  The undersigned acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with this activity and hereby agrees to release Queen Bee's and its agents from liability from any and all claims including possible negligence that may arise from its employees, resulting in personal injury, accident, or illness, including death and property loss arising from any and all food products or services provided under this Agreement.

I agree to IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS - Queen Bee's from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorneys fees brought as a result of catering this event.  I have read this waiver of liability provision and understand that I am giving up  my right to sue. _______________(initial).
